Terms and Conditions
All colour services are a legal requirement and, must have a patch test 48 hours prior to any technical application. Consultations will be charged out at £15.00, and will be reimbursed at the time that the service is carried out. If for any reason after the consultation we are unable to carry out the service we will give notice on the day of consultation verbally or by telephone. (Please see Disclaimer)
For first time appointments you will be charged 50% deposit on all service. We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy please cancel any unwanted appointments within 24 hours, whenever possible. Unattended or non-cancellations may incur a charge. Any No Show appointments that have been paid for are also non-refundable - you have the opportunity to move any appointment up to 2 times all appointments must be given 24hours notice to move otherwise no refund will be given , Any offers/discounts or vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
